I Didn't Find Fitness.

Fitness Saved Me.

At 22, I was 120kg. Fat. Depressed. Unhealthy.

I avoided mirrors, dodged photos, and made excuses. Deep down, I hated who I'd become- and knew I was letting myself down.

Then one day, I decided enough was enough. No magic moment, Just a quiet decision. I was going to change, whatever it took.

I lost 40 kg. But honestly? The weight was the least of it

That transformation rewired everything. It changed my entire career. I became a personal trainer because I had to.

That was 25 years ago.

Today I'm 47. I've got a wife, two daughters, and a dog called Charlie, I'm in the best shape of my life

Not because I've got more time or better genetics. Because I know exactly what works for men like us - and I've spent 25 years refining it.

This Isn't a Job.

Helping men transform is my obsession. It's what I think about when I wake up and before I go to bed.

I built my career around this because I can't imagine doing anything else.

I know what it's like to hate what you see in the mirror and feel lost. But I also know what it's like to come out the other side

The Real Reason I Do This

At the end of the day, this isn't about six-packs and deadlifts. It's about being the man your family deserves.

My wife has been with me through all of it—the early days grinding as a PT, the move from London back to Australia, the late nights building Brooks Performance into what it is today. She's my foundation.

My two daughters are my why. I want to be the dad who's strong enough to protect them, energetic enough to keep up with them, and healthy enough to be around for decades to come. I don't want to be the father who's too tired, too sore, or too out of shape to show up fully.

And Charlie? He's the one who drags me out the door for walks when I'd rather sit on the couch. Every bloke needs accountability—even the coach.

When I work with clients, I understand what's really at stake. You're not just doing this for yourself. You're doing it for the people who depend on you. So you can be present. So you can keep up. So you can be the husband and father they deserve.

I don't care how long you've let things slide. I was 120kg and hopeless at 22. I've seen men in worse situations turn it around completely. If you're willing to do the work, transformation is possible.

Your body has earned respect.

At 35, 45, 55—your body isn't the same as it was at 25. Smart training works with that reality, not against it. We build foundation first, address dysfunction, and progress systematically.

Fitness has to fit your life.

I've got a family, responsibilities, and a social life. So do you. Any system that requires you to give
